We are proud to be associated with the following organizations:
UN Global Compact
RA International participates and wholeheartedly supports the UN Global Compact. The UN Global Compact is the world’s largest voluntary corporate citizenship initiative, with over 8700 corporate participants and other stakeholders from over 130 countries and it is the largest voluntary corporate responsibility initiative in the world.
The UN Global Compact is a strategic policy initiative for businesses that are committed to aligning their operations and strategies with ten universally accepted principles in the areas of human rights, labour, environment and anti-corruption. By doing so, business, as a primary driver of globalization, can help ensure that markets, commerce, technology and finance advance in ways that benefit economies and societies everywhere.
Endorsed by chief executives, the Global Compact is a practical framework for the development, implementation, and disclosure of sustainability policies and practices, offering participants a wide spectrum of work streams, management tools and resources — all designed to help advance sustainable business models and markets.

RA International (RAI) and the Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM)
RAI is an accredited training centre for ILM qualifications. We are developing a programme in conjunction with ILM that offers internal and external leadership and management training for selected ILM qualifications. Our ILM-accredited programmes are designed to develop successful leadership, managerial, coaching and mentoring skills, and are geared at junior managers in the field as part of RAI’s commitment to succession planning but importantly the key development of our personnel.
All ILM qualifications delivered by RAI combine a number of mandatory and optional course units allowing us to tailor the qualifications to our specific focus and staff roles and, through dialogue with country Project Managers, are tailored to meet the learning objectives and culture most appropriate for our operating areas. RAI recognises the importance of building and maintaining the effectiveness of our staff but additionally to further prepare them to move into positions where their skill sets are better utilised.
